The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a tubular wire, and the method comprises the following steps: S110, arranging a tubular conductor layer which is constructed into at least one conductor braided layer formed by braiding a plurality of conductor wires; s120, extruding an outer insulating layer at the periphery of the conductor layer to obtain a first part, and contacting the periphery of the conductor braid layer in a molten state of the material of the outer insulating layer, so that the conductor braid layer is embedded and connected with the inner periphery of the outer insulating layer; s130, the first component is cut to form a second component; and S140, an insulating material is centrifugally solidified on the inner peripheral wall of the conductor layer in the second part to form an inner insulating layer, and the inner periphery of the conductor braid layer is contacted when the material of the inner insulating layer is in a molten state, so that the conductor braid layer is embedded and connected with the outer periphery of the inner insulating layer. According to the manufacturing method of the tubular wire, the conductor layer can be embedded between the inner insulating layer and the outer insulating layer, so that the conductor layer, the inner insulating layer and the outer insulating layer form an integral structure, the strength of the tubular wire is enhanced, and the service life of the tubular wire is prolonged.
