The invention discloses an unmanned law enforcement management system and method based on an AI technology, and the system comprises an information collection unit, a comprehensive analysis unit and an information output unit, relates to the technical field of unmanned law enforcement management, and solves the problems that real-time supervision cannot achieve the adjustment purpose, cannot well dredge a road section where problems occur, and cannot achieve the purpose of real-time supervision. In order to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, the workload of workers cannot be reduced, normal and congestion classification is carried out on a target area according to road conditions, vehicles running in the area under the normal traffic condition are analyzed, illegal vehicles are marked, and meanwhile corresponding information is output, so that the working efficiency is improved, and the working efficiency is improved. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, monitoring illegal vehicles according to the traffic flow, secondly, analyzing the congestion condition in the region under the congestion traffic condition, adjusting the release time according to the traffic flow, reducing the congestion condition during vehicle meeting, and simultaneously reducing the workload of law enforcement officers by adopting the AI technology.

    本发明公开了一种基于AI技术的无人执法管理系统及其方法,包括信息采集单元、综合分析单元和信息输出单元,本发明涉及无人执法管理技术领域,解决了实时的监管不能起到调节的目的,不能很好地出现问题的路段进行疏导,不能降低工作人员的工作量的技术问题,本发明通过根据道路情况来对目标区域进行正常和拥堵的分类,针对正常交通状况下的区域对内部行驶的车辆进行分析,并对违规的车辆进行标记同时将对应的信息进行输出,从而来对违规的车辆进行监管,其次针对拥堵交通状况下,对该区域内部的拥堵情况进行分析,通过根据车流量的大小来进行放行时间的调节,减小汇车时的拥堵情况,同时采用AI技术能够减小执法人员的工作量。
