The invention relates to the technical field of a rope gripper in a stacker, and discloses a safety anti-falling structure of the stacker, which comprises a rope gripper main body, a steel wire rope group penetrates through a circular track channel formed by a clamping groove delta and a clamping groove II, and inner jackets are arranged in a plurality of groups of circular track channels formed by the clamping groove delta and the clamping groove II at intervals; the inner jacket comprises an elastic sleeve, the outer surface of the elastic sleeve makes contact with the inner wall of the circular track channel, a set of side through holes penetrating front and back are formed in the bottom of the outer surface of the elastic sleeve, and a rigid container filled with shear thickening liquid is clamped in the side through holes. According to the safety anti-falling structure of the stacking machine, due to the arrangement of the through hole in the upper side of the inner clamping sleeve and the rigid containing body, the space between the clamping block and the steel wire rope set is filled with the shear thickening liquid at the moment that the rope gripper acts, and the shear thickening liquid is solidified when being violently impacted by the steel wire rope set; and strong viscous resistance is generated to force the car to descend to slow down or stop.
