The invention discloses a cargo compartment section carrying process for general assembly of a large container ship, which comprises the following steps of: 1, horizontally carrying a double-layer bottom at the bottom of a dock to form a pipeline cabin and ballast cabins relative to the left side and the right side of the pipeline cabin, and forming a plurality of temporary process holes I in an outer bottom plate and an inner bottom plate of the double-layer bottom; 2, connecting fire and gas power lines into corresponding junction boxes in a cargo hold, a ballast tank and a pipeline tank through temporary process holes I; thirdly, the outer longitudinal wall plates and the outer plates are carried, and a plurality of temporary auxiliary holes II are formed in the positions, close to the carrying seams, of the lowermost sides of the outer plates and the outer longitudinal wall plates; fourthly, the fire-gas power line is connected into a junction box of the cargo hold, then a hatch cover is horizontally carried on the tops of the two outer longitudinal wall plates, and then the cargo hold is defined; and 5, carrying out a tightness test on the cargo hold, the ballast tank and the pipeline tank, and connecting a fire-gas power line to repair defects. The construction efficiency is improved, and the final assembly construction time is saved.
本发明公开了一种大型集装箱船总装时的货舱段搭载工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一:在船坞底部水平搭载双层底,进而围成管道舱以及相对于管道舱左右两侧的压载舱,并在双层底的外底板和内底板上开设有数个临时工艺孔Ⅰ;步骤二:将火气动力线经临时工艺孔Ⅰ接入货舱、压载舱以及管道舱内的对应接线盒;步骤三:搭载外纵壁板和外板,且在每一个外板以及外纵壁板的最下侧靠搭载缝处分别开设有数个临时工艺孔Ⅱ;步骤四:将火气动力线接入货舱的接线盒,再在两个外纵壁板顶部水平搭载舱口盖,进而围成货舱;步骤五:对货舱、压载舱以及管道舱进行密性试验,并接入火气动力线进行修补缺陷。本发明提高了施工效率,节省总装施工时间。
