The invention discloses an automobile door clearance surface difference adjusting method, which comprises the following steps of: determining four to eight acquisition point positions at the junction of an automobile door and an automobile body, emitting corresponding laser rays to the acquisition point positions through a laser contourgraph, and collecting and storing point cloud data formed by the laser rays on the acquisition point positions; according to the determined collection point position of the bordering position of the vehicle door and the vehicle body, by presetting the distance value K of overall movement of the vehicle door in the normal direction of the current point position and the number d of data iterations, the change condition of an objective function f when the vehicle door moves once according to the distance value K is judged, and the vehicle door movement process is converted into a movement instruction of an operation platform; and the operating platform carries the vehicle door to correspondingly move in six directions. By presetting the collection point of laser dotting, a better gap value and a better surface difference value between the vehicle door and the vehicle body can be obtained through point cloud data and a three-dimensional coordinate operation mode and are converted into a moving instruction of the operation platform, and the operation platform replaces a traditional mechanical arm to carry the vehicle door to freely move in six directions.

    本发明公开了一种汽车车门间隙面差的调整方法,该方法在车门与车身的接壤处确定四至八个采集点位,并通过激光轮廓仪对采集点位打出对应的激光线,且将激光线在采集点位上所形成的点云数据收集并存储;按照确定的车门与车身的接壤处的采集点位,通过预设车门在当前点位法线方向上整体移动的距离值K与数据迭代次数d,判断车门每按距离值K移动一次目标函数f变化情况,将车门移动的过程转化为操作平台的移动指令,由操作平台载着车门进行对应的六向移动。通过预设激光打点的采集点位,进而可通过点云数据以及三维坐标运算的方式获取车门与车身的较佳间隙值与面差值,并转化为操作平台的移动指令,由操作平台代替传统机械臂载着车门进行六向自由移动。
