The invention discloses a uniformly stressed track frame structure which comprises a fixing frame and a bottom plate, a plurality of supporting grooves are formed in the inner wall of the fixing frame, two groups of component force assemblies are mounted at the bottom of the bottom plate, the component force assemblies are used for dispersing force borne by a track frame, and each component force assembly comprises a component force supporting rod. A mounting groove is formed in one side of each component force supporting rod, a pressure detection assembly is arranged in each mounting groove and used for detecting pressure borne by the corresponding component force supporting rod, a fixing block is arranged at the output end of each pressure detection assembly, and the fixing blocks are located in the supporting grooves. According to the track frame, the supporting grooves provide space for fixed installation of the insertion blocks, after the insertion blocks are installed in the supporting grooves, the installation bases can be installed through the component force supporting rods, under the action of the multiple component force supporting rods, pressure borne by the installation bases can be dispersed to the fixing frame, and stress of the track frame is more uniform.
本发明公开了一种受力均匀的履带架结构,包括固定架和底板,其所述固定架的内壁开设有多个支撑槽,所述底板的底部安装有两组分力组件,且分力组件用于将履带架承受的力分散,所述分力组件包括分力支撑杆,所述分力支撑杆的一侧开设有安装槽,所述安装槽的内部设置有压力检测组件,压力检测组件用于对各个分力支撑杆受到的压力进行检测,所述压力检测组件的输出端设置有固定块,且固定块位于支撑槽的内部。本发明中支撑槽为插入块的固定安装提供空间,插入块安装在支撑槽中后,使分力支撑杆能够将安装座进行安装,在多个分力支撑杆的作用下,使安装座受到的压力能够被分散到固定架上,使该履带架的受力更加均匀。
