The embodiment of the invention discloses a control method and system for a drive-by-wire chassis of an unmanned mine car and the unmanned mine car. The control method comprises the steps that monitoring signals of a plurality of controllers to be monitored are obtained; judging whether the to-be-monitored controller having a fault exists in the to-be-monitored controllers based on the time interval of acquiring the monitoring signal; if yes, determining a current fault level based on a preset fault level of the to-be-monitored controller; and determining and executing a corresponding preset protection method based on the current fault level. The drive-by-wire chassis controller is used for performing real-time fault monitoring on each controller of the unmanned mine car, and different protection decisions are set according to different faults, so that the technical problem of low safety of the unmanned mine car during automatic driving in the prior art is solved on the basis of not changing the existing architecture of the car; the technical effect that the working safety of the vehicle can be improved with low cost is achieved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种无人矿车线控底盘的控制方法、系统和无人矿车,控制方法包括获取多个待监测控制器的监测信号;基于获取监测信号的时间间隔判断待监测控制器中是否存在发生故障的待监测控制器;若存在,则基于待监测控制器的预设故障等级确定当前故障等级;基于当前故障等级确定并执行相应的预设保护方法。本申请通过使用线控底盘控制器来对无人矿车的各控制器进行实时的故障监测,并根据不同的故障设置不同的保护决策,在不改变车辆现有架构的基础上解决了现有技术中无人矿车在自动驾驶时安全性较低的技术问题,实现了使用较低成本就可以提高车辆工作安全性的技术效果。
