The invention provides a nondestructive testing method and system for a vehicle component, and belongs to the field of optimization control. Temperature values and pressure values of a battery pack and contact resistance values of an output end of the battery pack are obtained on a component of the battery pack of a vehicle in a regional manner at multiple moments; by calculating the temperature single variable vector, the voltage value single variable vector and the variable resistance density, the maximum state ratio and the general state ratio are obtained, the time point when the battery pack breaks down is tracked, the health state of the battery pack can be evaluated more comprehensively and accurately, tracking of the time point when the battery pack breaks down is achieved, and the safety and reliability of the battery pack are improved.

    本发明提供了一种车辆部件无损检测方法及系统,属于优化控制领域,在车辆的电池包的部件上,于多个时刻分区域地获取电池包的温度值、压力值以及电池包的输出端的接触电阻阻值,通过计算温度单变向量和压值单变向量以及变电阻密度,得到极大状态比与一般状态比,对电池包出现故障的时间点进行追踪,能够更全面、准确地评估电池包的健康状态,实现对电池包故障时间点的追踪,提高了电池包的安全性和可靠性。
