The invention discloses a ship composite material superstructure grounding method, which is characterized in that a grounding bolt (1), a grounding cable (2), a grounding terminal (3), a grounding cable bundle (4) and a grounding metal sheet (5) are adopted, and for a composite material superstructure (10) comprising a conductive layer (13), the conductive layer (13) of a composite material (12) is electrically contacted with an equipment metal shell through the grounding bolt (1); for a composite material superstructure (10) which does not comprise a conductive layer (13), an external grounding terminal (3) is connected with a grounding cable (2) to form a grounding grid, and is connected with a grounding metal sheet (5) which is in contact with a metal ship body (11) through a grounding cable bundle (4) to realize electric contact. According to the ship composite material superstructure grounding method, the grounding problem of electrical equipment in the composite material superstructure is solved, the method can be used for safe grounding of the electrical equipment in the ship composite material superstructure, and it is guaranteed that a grounding system is safe and reliable.

    本发明公开了一种舰船复合材料上层建筑接地方法,其特征在于,其采用接地螺栓(1)、接地线缆(2)、接地端子(3)、接地线缆束(4)、接地金属片(5),对于包含导电层(13)的复合材料上层建筑(10),复合材料(12)的导电层(13)与设备金属外壳通过接地螺栓(1)实现电接触;对于不包含导电层(13)的复合材料上层建筑(10),采用外置接地端子(3)连接接地线缆(2)形成接地网,并通过接地线缆束(4)与金属船体(11)接触的接地金属片(5)连接,实现电接触。本舰船复合材料上层建筑接地方法,解决了复合材料上层建筑中电气设备的接地问题,可以用于舰船复合材料上层建筑内电气设备的安全接地,保证接地系统安全可靠。
