The invention discloses a new energy automobile power battery spontaneous combustion prevention device and a spontaneous combustion prevention method.The new energy automobile power battery spontaneous combustion prevention device comprises a battery pack and a plurality of power batteries in the battery pack, the power batteries are arranged in a multi-module mode, and the new energy automobile power battery spontaneous combustion prevention device is characterized in that a single-chip microcomputer is arranged in the battery pack, and a roundabout fire extinguishing pipeline is arranged above the power batteries; a plurality of pinhole atomizers are arranged on the fire extinguishing pipeline, and an outlet of a refrigerant storage tank is connected with the fire extinguishing pipeline through a valve switch; a temperature signal sensor and a smoke signal sensor are further arranged in the battery pack, the temperature signal sensor and the smoke signal sensor are in communication connection with the single chip microcomputer, and the valve switch is driven by the single chip microcomputer. The device fully monitors the state of the power battery, predicts the safety coefficient of the power battery through the state of the power battery, and automatically cuts off the output of the power battery and strengthens the cooling of the power battery when the power battery is detected to be abnormal and possibly spontaneously ignited.

    本发明公开一种新能源汽车动力电池防自燃装置及防自燃方法,包括电池包及其内的若干动力电池,动力电池以多个模组的形式布局,其特征在于,所述电池包内设置单片机,在动力电池上方设置迂回式的灭火管道,所述灭火管道上布置若干针孔雾化器,制冷剂存储罐的出口通过阀开关连接所述灭火管道;所述电池包内还设置温度信号传感器与烟雾信号传感器,所述温度信号传感器与烟雾信号传感器与单片机通信连接,所述阀开关由单片机驱动。本装置充分对动力电池的状态进行监测,同时通过动力电池状态来预测动力电池安全系数,当检测到动力电池出现异常,可能会发生自燃时,该装置将自动切断动力电池的输出,同时加强对动力电池的冷却。
