The invention provides a rail train collision energy configuration scheme design method, and relates to the technical field of rail trains, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining initial conditions and collision scenes of a rail train, and determining the maximum average acceleration of the train needing to be satisfied; according to the initial conditions and the maximum average acceleration, determining energy absorption capacities which need to be met by energy absorption structures at the end part of the head train and the end parts of the middle trains of the train; based on the energy absorption capacity, the crushing force and stroke of each energy absorption structure at the end of each rail train are calculated; and according to the energy absorption capacity, the crushing force and the stroke, the crushing force and stroke parameters of each energy absorption structure of the multi-stage crashworthiness structure are determined, and an energy configuration scheme of the multi-stage crashworthiness structure is obtained. The train multi-level crashworthiness structure parameter design method has the advantages that the design method is simple, a train collision simulation analysis kinetic model does not need to be built for repeated iterative calculation, the design requirement in a high-speed collision scene can be met, and parameterization design efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种轨道列车碰撞能量配置方案设计方法,涉及轨道列车技术领域,包括获取关于轨道列车的初始条件以及碰撞场景,确定需要满足的列车的最大平均加速度;根据初始条件和最大平均加速度,确定列车头车车辆端部和中间车辆端部的吸能结构所需要满足的吸能容量;基于吸能容量,计算每个轨道列车端部各吸能结构的压溃力和行程;根据吸能容量、压溃力和行程,确定多级耐撞性结构各吸能结构的压溃力和行程参数,得到多级耐撞性结构的能量配置方案。本发明的有益效果为建立的列车多级耐撞性结构参数设计方法,具有设计方法简单,不需要建立列车碰撞仿真分析动力学模型反复迭代计算,能适用于高速碰撞场景下的设计需求,并提高参数化设计效率。
