The invention relates to the technical field of aviation product repair, in particular to an airplane speed brake actuator cylinder sealing structure improvement and verification method which comprises the following steps: step (1) statistical analysis of product faults; (2) selecting a sealing improvement structure; (3) structure simulation analysis; (4) manufacturing a test sample piece; (5) an assembly process, a tool and an assembly method are formulated; (6) carrying out a performance test, a preliminary test and a life test in sequence; (7) reviewing the process method; and (8) determining the use reliability of the sealing structure. A specific implementation method is provided for improvement and verification evaluation of the sealing structure of the air brake actuator cylinder of the airplane, certain innovation and practical application value is achieved, and certain reference can be provided for reliability improvement and verification evaluation of sealing structures of similar products.
