The wind power blade hoisting clamping deformation resisting tool comprises a PS face component, an SS face component and a main component which are used for being matched with a wind power blade web, the PS face component and the SS face component are hinged to the two side portions of the main component respectively, and the side portion, away from the main component, of the PS face component is matched with the inner wall of a PS face main beam in a wind power blade. The side portion, away from the main component, of the SS face component is matched with the inner wall of an SS face main beam in the wind power blade. Compared with the prior art, the anti-deformation tool has the beneficial effects that the anti-deformation tool is simple in structure, low in cost, high in universality and capable of being used for wind power blades of different types and resisting web deformation; according to the anti-deformation tool, reinforcement of a blade lifting point web plate structure is omitted, the material consumption of the wind power blade is reduced, the cost is saved, the weight of the blade is reduced, and meanwhile the web plate can be prevented from being deformed.

    一种风电叶片吊装抗夹持变形工装及其使用方法,包括用于与风电叶片腹板匹配的PS面部件、SS面部件、主部件,PS面部件、SS面部件分别铰接在主部件的两侧部,PS面部件远离主部件的侧部与风电叶片中PS面主梁的内壁匹配,SS面部件远离主部件的侧部与风电叶片中SS面主梁的内壁匹配。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处在于:该抗变形工装结构简单、成本低、通用性强,可用于不同类型的风电叶片,抵抗腹板变形;该抗变形工装有助于取消叶片吊点腹板结构补强,降低风电叶片材料用量,节约成本并减低叶片重量,同时又可以防止腹板发生形变。
