Comprising an upper clamping plate (9) and a lower clamping plate (8), the top end of the upper clamping plate (9) is provided with an upper clamping plate rocker arm (20); the top end of the lower clamping plate (8) is provided with a lower clamping plate rocker arm (21); the upper clamping plate (9) and the lower clamping plate (8) are connected through a shaft (18) penetrating through the root of the upper clamping plate rocker arm (20) and the root of the lower clamping plate rocker arm (21), and flexible clamping movement between the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate is guaranteed. The whole structure adopts a self-clamping mode, manual clamping is not needed, the lower clamping plate (8) moves downwards through the dead weight of the paddle, and then the steel cable (19) pulls the upper clamping plate (9) to conduct clamping. Operation is more convenient, and efficiency is higher.
