Under the condition that the upper-layer high-voltage bushing on the valve side is not detached, only the limiting hanger plate needs to be fixedly mounted at the top end of the lower-layer high-voltage bushing, all the hangers are gathered and hooked to a crane hook through the connecting hanger plate, then the hanger is fixedly connected to the special hoisting ring for the bushing and the limiting hanger plate through the tool U-shaped ring, and the length of the sling is changed by adjusting the chain block, so that the high-voltage bushing on the valve side can be detached. And finally, a crane is commanded to complete hoisting. The working range does not need to be expanded, so that the workload is small, and the working efficiency is high. Particularly, only fault equipment is disassembled and assembled, so that potential safety hazards and the like cannot be brought to healthy equipment.

    本发明公开了一种不拆除上层套管吊装下层高压套管的方法及装置,吊装下层高压套管的方法及装置,该方法包括如下步骤:故障换流变压器停电拆除后,运输到备用换流变压器场地,在换流变压器阀侧上层高压套管不拆除的情况下,利用装置安全吊装下层高压套管。本发明在阀侧上层高压套管不拆除的情况下,仅需在下层高压套管顶端安装固定限位吊板,通过连接吊板,将全部吊具汇总钩挂到吊车吊钩上,然后,通过工具U型环连接固定在套管专用吊环和限位吊板上,再通过调整手拉葫芦改变吊索长度,从而达到与高压套管对应的倾斜角度,最后,指挥吊车完成吊装。本发明无需扩大工作范围,故工作量较小,工作效率较高。尤其仅对故障设备进行拆装,所以,不会对健康设备带来安全隐患等。
