The invention belongs to the technical field of elevator performance detection, and discloses an elevator load detection device and a detection method thereof.The elevator load detection device comprises a liquid storage tank, the bottom end of the liquid storage tank fixedly communicates with a liquid storage pipe, the middle of the top end of the liquid storage tank fixedly communicates with a liquid inlet, and a first piston plate movably sleeves the interior of the liquid storage pipe; the bottom end of the first piston plate is fixedly connected with a first piston rod located in the liquid storage tank. The pressure of water flow serves as power, on the premise that load pressure is linearly increased, the outer movable frame and the inner movable frame can be relatively far away through the water flow pressure, the load gets close to the four sides of the elevator, and the increased water flow serves as the load pressure; according to the device, loads can be increased without horizontally placing weights, meanwhile, loads on the four sides of the lift car are synchronously increased, the whole lift car is evenly pressed, the accuracy of elevator load data is remarkably improved, meanwhile, the detection steps are simplified, and the detection efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于电梯性能检测技术领域,且公开了一种电梯的载荷检测装置及其检测方法,包括储液罐,所述储液罐的底端固定连通有储液管,所述储液罐顶端的中部固定连通有进液口,所述储液管的内部活动套接有第一活塞板,所述第一活塞板的底端固定连接有位于储液罐内部的第一活塞杆。本发明通过水流的压力作为动力,在实现载荷压力线性增加的前提下,还可通过水流压力实现外活动架和内活动架的相对远离,实现载荷朝电梯四边进行靠近,配合增加的水流作为载荷压力,使得装置无需水平放置砝码即可实现载荷的增加,同时轿厢四边的载荷同步增加,整个轿厢均匀受压,显著提高电梯载荷数据的准确性,同时简化了检测步骤,提高检测效率。
