The invention relates to an electrical analysis method for detecting stator current to realize energy conservation of an elevator, and belongs to the field of electrical control. The typical characteristic of the elevator is relative balance between the car and the counterweight, and the working state of the motor depends on the weight difference between the car and the counterweight. The device is composed of a motor and a control console, a sensor is installed on a stator part of the motor to continuously detect the current direction, phase and numerical value in a stator, and the load size and the lifting distance of an elevator are calculated by analyzing the data change of the stator current caused by the weight difference between a lift car and a counterweight. The number distribution of elevator users to each floor is calculated, an energy-saving operation strategy is formed according to the calculation result, the light-load or heavy-load acting time of the elevator can be effectively shortened, meanwhile, the invalid lifting frequency is reduced, the calculation process is efficient, the analysis result is reliable, software and hardware are easy to install, and the energy-saving elevator design is a brand new idea. And a solution with high cost performance is provided for energy-saving transformation of a large number of old elevators.
本发明是检测定子电流以实现电梯节能的电气分析方法,属于电气控制领域。电梯的典型特征是轿厢与对重的相对平衡,电动机工作状态取决于两者的重量差。本发明由电动机与控制台组成,在电动机的定子部分安装传感器,连续检测定子中的电流方向、相位及数值,通过分析轿厢与对重的重量差所引起的定子电流的数据变化,计算电梯的负载大小与升降距离,进而计算出电梯用户到各楼层的数量分布,并依据上述计算结果形成节能运行策略,可有效减少电梯的轻载或重载的做功时间,同时减少无效的升降次数,计算过程高效,分析结果可靠,软硬件安装简单,不但是节能电梯设计的全新思路,而且为大量老旧电梯的节能改造提供了高性价比的解决方案。
