The invention provides a hyperelastic flexible structure, a forming tool and a preparation method of the hyperelastic flexible structure. The hyperelastic flexible structure comprises a first spiral wire, a second spiral wire and a welding quality microsphere, and the length direction of the first spiral wire is orthogonal to the length direction of the second spiral wire; the welding quality microsphere is arranged at the position of a cross node of the first spiral wire and the second spiral wire so that the first spiral wire can be connected with the second spiral wire. The first spiral wire and the second spiral wire which are orthogonally arranged are connected through the welding quality microspheres to form a superelastic flexible structure, and compared with an existing superelastic structure material, the superelastic flexible structure has excellent multifunctional mechanical properties such as large-deformation recoverable elastic deformation and zero Poisson's ratio, and the superelastic flexible structure is suitable for being used in the field of medical instruments. The material can be used as a skeleton reinforcing body of a novel multi-phase composite hyperelastic structure material, and can also be independently used as a component.

    本发明提供了一种超弹性柔性结构、成形工装及超弹性柔性结构的制备方法,该超弹性柔性结构包括第一螺旋丝、第二螺旋丝以及焊接质量微球,第一螺旋丝的长度方向正交于第二螺旋丝的长度方向;焊接质量微球设于第一螺旋丝与第二螺旋丝的交叉节点位置,以使第一螺旋丝与第二螺旋丝连接。本发明通过焊接质量微球连接正交布置的第一螺旋丝和第二螺旋丝,形成超弹性柔性结构,相比现有的超弹性结构材料,兼具大变形可回复弹性变形和零泊松比等优异的多功能力学特性,可作为新型多相复合超弹性结构材料的骨架增强体,也可单独作为元器件使用。
