The invention provides a double-vector steering device. The double-vector steering device comprises a pitching mechanism and a yawing mechanism. The pitching servo motor and the yaw servo motor are controlled, so that the pitching mechanism and the yaw mechanism rotate in the horizontal plane and the vertical plane respectively, the thrust direction of a propeller is adjusted, and the flight attitude of the high-altitude balloon is adjusted. The double-vector steering device is connected with the tail of the high-altitude balloon through the mounting flange, the controller is started, pitching and yaw angles are input into the controller, and the pitching servo motor and the yaw servo motor are controlled to achieve attitude adjustment of the high-altitude balloon. The servo motor and reasonable mechanism design are adopted, so that the double-vector steering mechanism of the high-altitude balloon is high in response speed in the working process and has the advantages of being light in weight, high in reliability and high in environmental adaptability.
