The installation device comprises a ship body installation frame, a tow fish lifting frame and a T-shaped GNSS positioning installation frame. The ship body mounting frame comprises a ship body outer side fixing frame and a ship body inner side fixing frame; the distance between the ship body outer side fixing frame and the ship body inner side fixing frame can be adjusted according to the width of a ship side. The fish dragging lifting frame comprises a front end pulley, a steel wire rotating winch and a steel wire; the steel wire rotating winch is arranged on the upper portion of the ship body inner side fixing frame, one end of the steel wire is wound in the steel wire rotating winch, and the other end of the steel wire penetrates through the front end pulley and then is connected with a tow fish. The T-shaped GNSS positioning installation frame is arranged on the upper portion of the ship body outer side fixing frame. The tow fish is hung on the side face of the ship body and is lower than the keel of the ship body, and it can be guaranteed that the ship effectively avoids entanglements in the advancing process.
