The invention provides a pile leg device for towing an ocean platform, which comprises an outer pile leg movably arranged on a platform main body of the ocean platform, and a sliding way is arranged in the outer pile leg along the central axis of the outer pile leg; the inner pile leg is arranged in the slide way in a sliding mode, a first connecting pin hole is formed in the upper portion of the inner pile leg in the radial direction, a second connecting pin hole is formed in the lower portion of the inner pile leg in the radial direction, and a fixing pin hole is formed in the upper portion of the outer pile leg in the radial direction; the fixing pin holes are configured to be capable of being connected with the first connecting pin holes and the second connecting pin holes through pin shafts after the inner pile leg ascends and descends. When the platform is towed, in order to improve the floating stability, the device is adjusted to reduce the length of the pile leg, the wind moment can be obviously reduced, and the towing safety, the integrity stability and the cabin breaking stability are improved.
