The invention relates to a magnetic attraction frame type automatic container fastening mechanism which is used for container ships and cargo ships where multiple layers of containers need to be stacked on decks of multipurpose ships and is arranged in the top end area of a transverse bulkhead of the ship, a main bridge body serves as a supporting structure of magnetic attraction frames, and the magnetic attraction frames on the front side and the rear side are connected through moving components. The rotatable front magnetic attraction frame and the rotatable rear magnetic attraction frame are driven by the rotating motor, the electromagnets on the front magnetic attraction frame and the electromagnets on the rear magnetic attraction frame are attracted to the vertical supporting columns of the containers on the two sides, and stacking and fixing of the containers are achieved. According to the method, a traditional container fastening method is omitted, the workload of sailors is relieved, the labor cost and the time cost of ship owners are saved, more stable fixing can be provided for the container body, and the method is suitable for any arrangement conditions of high containers and standard containers. The high-strength steel material is adopted for building, compared with a conventional binding bridge design, the structural weight can be reduced by 30% or above, the magnetic attraction frame can be manufactured to be higher in the prefabrication process, then the position of a magnetic attraction point is increased, and the deck heap weight of a container ship is increased.

    本发明涉及一种磁吸架式的集装箱自动系固机构,用于集装箱船、多用途船甲板上需堆放多层集装箱的货船,布置在船舶横舱壁顶端区域,主桥体作为磁吸架的支撑结构,通过运动构件连接前、后侧磁吸架,由转动电机驱动可转动的前、后磁吸架,将前、后磁吸架上的电磁铁吸附在两侧的集装箱的垂向支柱上,实现对集装箱堆垛固定。本发明不仅取消了传统集装箱系固方法、减轻了船员工作量、节约了船东的人工成本和时间成本,还可以对箱体提供更加稳定的固定,并适用于高箱和标箱任意排布情况。本发明采用高强度钢材料搭建,较常规的绑扎桥设计,结构重量可减轻30%以上,磁吸架在预制过程中可以做的更高,进而提高磁吸点的位置,增加集装箱船甲板堆重。
