A ballastless track damage intelligent detection system provided by the present invention comprises a trolley, the top of the trolley is provided with an RTK instrument, the side part of the trolley is provided with an advancing control module, the front end of the trolley is detachably provided with an acquisition assembly, and the trolley is internally provided with a data acquisition terminal. The RTK instrument, the advancing control module and the acquisition assembly are all connected with the data acquisition terminal, and the data acquisition terminal is wirelessly connected with a remote control host through a data transmission module; the trolley is matched with the collection assembly to achieve automatic collection, so that the collection efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the trolley is remotely controlled through the remote control host, detection personnel can stand outside the track, and potential safety hazards of the detection personnel are avoided.
本发明提供了一种无砟轨道损伤智能检测系统,包括小车,所述小车的顶部设有RTK仪器,所述小车的侧部设有行进控制模块,所述小车的前端可拆卸地设有采集组件,所述小车内设有数据采集终端,所述RTK仪器、所述行进控制模块和所述采集组件均与所述数据采集终端建立连接,所述数据采集终端通过数据传输模块与远程控制主机无线连接;利用小车配合采集组件实现自动采集,从而提高采集效率,同时通过远程控制主机远程控制小车,检测人员可以站在轨道外,避免了检测人员的安全隐患。
