The invention relates to a fuel consumption estimation method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: determining the mileage between the current position and the target position of a to-be-evaluated vehicle and virtual road condition data between the current position and the target position through a built virtual road network; processing the virtual road condition data through a whole vehicle state prediction model, and predicting driving behaviors involved in the process of driving the to-be-evaluated vehicle from the current position to the target position; processing the driving behavior through the whole vehicle power demand model, and predicting engine power parameters involved in the process of driving the to-be-evaluated vehicle from the current position to the target position; and according to the driving behavior, the engine power parameter and the mileage, determining the predicted fuel consumption required by the to-be-evaluated vehicle to reach the target position. By adopting the method, the road characteristics, the driving style and the engine power parameters can be fused together, and the predicted fuel consumption required by the vehicle to be evaluated to reach the target position can be accurately reflected.
