The invention discloses an intelligent anti-collision method and device for a vehicle door, and belongs to the technical field of automatic driving. A specific embodiment of the method comprises the following steps: automatically detecting whether a static target and/or a dynamic target exist in a set range of the side of a vehicle door according to a vehicle door opening signal, detecting whether the static target and/or the dynamic target have a collision risk with a vehicle door opening action, and executing a corresponding vehicle door control operation according to a detection result; according to the embodiment of the invention, the precision degree and accuracy of anti-collision detection of the vehicle door are improved, the vehicle use experience of passengers is improved, and the collision risk of the vehicle door is reduced.
