The invention discloses an electric vehicle dynamic wireless charging system and a coupling coefficient optimization method. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a single-transmitting-pair three-receiving-coil structure system model; setting coil constraint conditions and main parameters; calculating the self-inductance of each coil according to a rectangular coil calculation formula; under different coil offsets, calculating a mutual inductance value between each receiving coil and the transmitting coil according to a mutual inductance calculation formula; setting a coupling coefficient and a coupling coefficient volatility requirement; calculating a coupling coefficient and a coupling coefficient fluctuation ratio of the transmitting coil and the receiving coil according to a formula; judging whether the coupling coefficient and the coupling coefficient fluctuation ratio meet requirements or not; if the requirements are met, storing the parameters meeting the conditions; and if not, adjusting the coil parameters until all the parameters reach the upper limit. According to the invention, when the receiving coil and the transmitting coil deviate, the coupling coefficient between the coils is constant.
