The invention provides a control method and device for a vehicle heat pump system, a vehicle and a storage medium. The control method comprises the steps that the actual environment temperature of the current environment of the vehicle is obtained; judging whether the actual environment temperature is smaller than a preset cold start temperature or not; and if the temperature is smaller than the preset cold start temperature, at least one current cold start parameter of the vehicle is obtained, the optimal heating mode of the vehicle is determined according to the at least one current cold start parameter, and the heat pump system is controlled to heat the vehicle according to the optimal heating mode. According to the method, when the actual environment temperature is smaller than the preset cold start temperature, the optimal heating mode can be determined according to the current cold start parameters of the vehicle, so that the heat pump system is controlled to heat the vehicle according to the optimal heating mode, comprehensive parameters and heating requirements of the vehicle are considered, heating energy consumption is reduced, vehicle endurance is improved, and vehicle experience is improved. The driving experience of the user is improved.
