The invention relates to a motor zero position calibration method and system for a hybrid vehicle model, and the method comprises the steps: erecting rear wheels of a whole vehicle, and enabling a motor controller of the whole vehicle to be connected with an upper computer; a plurality of set motor zero point values are input into the upper computer, a motor torque with the torque value larger than 0 is given, when the motor runs to the rated rotating speed and is stable, the input motor torque is 0 so that the motor can be stopped freely, and whether motor running parameters corresponding to all the motor zero point values meet preset conditions or not after the motor is stopped freely is judged; and if yes, determining the motor zero value meeting the preset condition as the final motor zero value. The motor controller of the whole vehicle is connected with the upper computer, mass production matching electric control is directly used for zero calibration on a real vehicle, the influence of difference of electric control hardware and zero setting methods or mechanical transmission of a motor rack between factory motor zero setting electric control and electric control used in mass production of the real vehicle is reduced, the deviation of the motor zero position is reduced, operation is easy, and the result is accurate.

    本发明涉及一种混动车型的电机零位较准方法及系统,其包括:将整车的后轮架起,并将整车的电机控制器连接上位机;在上位机中输入设定的多个电机零点值,并给定扭矩值大于0的电机扭矩,当电机运行到额定转速并稳定时,输入电机扭矩为0使电机自由停机,并判断电机自由停机后每个电机零点值对应的电机运行参数是否满足预设条件;若是,则将满足预设条件的电机零点值确定为最终的电机零点值。通过将整车的电机控制器连接上位机,直接使用量产配套电控在实车上进行零位校准,降低了出厂电机调零电控与实车量产使用电控由于电控硬件、调零方法的差别或电机台架机械传动的影响,减少了电机零位的偏差,操作简单,结果准确。
