The invention discloses a big data-based ambulance operation state evaluation system in a plateau alpine environment. The system comprises a state sensing module which is used for collecting operation state data and operation environment data of an ambulance in the plateau alpine environment; the data transmission module is used for transmitting the running state data and the running environment data to the fault diagnosis module in a wireless transmission mode; the fault diagnosis module is used for establishing a vehicle running state safety evaluation model based on the running state data and the running environment data through big data and artificial intelligence technologies; carrying out fault diagnosis and early warning on the vehicle; and the analysis decision module is used for performing decision analysis based on the diagnosis result of the fault diagnosis module in combination with an expert experience knowledge base, and outputting operation control suggestions and maintenance decision suggestions. Effective aiming measures are adopted for maintenance and management of the ambulance used in the plateau and alpine region environment, the technical state of the ambulance is kept intact, the reliability is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
