The invention discloses a ship transmission system transmission chain and spatial layout coupling design method, and relates to the field of ship transmission system transmission chain and spatial layout coupling. The problems that in ship transmission device conceptual design, transmission system space layout design means are lacked, the visualization degree is low, and the coupling degree of a transmission chain and space design is low are solved. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, analyzing a transmission chain data file, establishing a transmission unit parameterized model according to analyzed transmission unit structure parameters, and establishing a transmission unit parameterized model under the condition that the analyzed number of main engines and propellers and spatial positioning coordinates are used as positioning constraints and coaxial system constraints; according to the overall design requirements and based on the transmission unit parameterized model and the transmission unit logic relation in a visual mode, a transmission system initial skeleton model located between a main engine and a propeller is established; the spatial layout of the skeleton model is modified through local adjustment, and the skeleton model is coupled with a transmission chain to obtain a transmission system spatial model. The method is mainly used for carrying out rapid visual modeling on the ship transmission system.

    船舶传动系统传动链与空间布局耦合设计方法,涉及船舶传动系统传动链与空间布局耦合领域。解决了船舶传动装置概念设计中对传动系统空间布局设计手段缺乏,可视化程度低、传动链与空间设计耦合程度低的问题。先解析传动链数据文件,根据解析出的传动单元结构参数建立传动单元参数化模型,依据解析出的主机与螺旋桨的数目以及空间定位坐标作为定位约束和同轴系约束的条件下,根据总体设计要求并通过可视化的方式基于传动单元参数化模型和传动单元逻辑关系,建立位于主机与螺旋桨之间的传动系统初始骨架模型;用通过局部调整修改骨架模型的空间布局并与传动链耦合获得传动系统空间模型。本发明主要用于对船舶传动系统进行快速可视化建模。
