The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft tests, and discloses a carrier-based aircraft arresting hook head wear test device and test method. The test device comprises a base, a test bench mounted on the base through a supporting rod, a rotating wheel mounted on the base through a mounting seat, and a horizontal guide rail module horizontally arranged at the top of the test bench, the control frame is clamped in the horizontal guide rail module in a sliding mode, the arresting hook system is installed on the control frame and used for arresting the rotating wheel, and a simulation brake assembly used for controlling the motion state of the rotating wheel is further arranged at the joint of the installation base and the base. The position and the angle of the arresting hook system are fixed through the first clamp and the second clamp, the mounting base is made to move longitudinally through the simulation brake assembly, the situation that a deck which swings continuously impacts the arresting hook can be simulated, and the simulation effect better fits the actual situation.

    本发明涉及飞机试验技术领域,公开了一种舰载机拦阻钩钩头磨损试验装置与试验方法,试验装置包括底座、通过支撑杆安装在所述底座上的试验台架、通过安装座安装在所述底座上的旋转轮、水平设置在试验台架顶部的水平导轨模组、滑动卡接在所述水平导轨模组内的控制框架以及安装在所述控制框架上并用于拦阻所述旋转轮的拦阻钩系统,所述安装座与底座的连接处还设置有用于控制旋转轮运动状态的模拟制动组件;通过第一夹具、第二夹具固定拦阻钩系统的位置和角度,通过模拟制动组件使安装座纵向位移,能够模拟不断晃动的甲板撞击拦阻钩时的情形,使模拟效果更贴合实际情况。
