The invention provides a logistics management and control method and system based on virtual reality, and relates to the technical field of intelligent control, and the method comprises the steps: outputting multi-stage hoisting control parameters; acquiring real-time operation environment monitoring data of a port; acquiring a steel wire rope mechanical property parameter set; carrying out hoisting risk probability analysis on each hoisting device to obtain a target hoisting device; performing feedback optimization on the multi-stage hoisting control parameters based on the real-time operation environment monitoring data to obtain multi-stage optimization control parameters; and carrying out container hoisting management and control on the port according to the multi-stage optimization control parameters, thereby solving the technical problem of poor operation management and control effect on the hoisting equipment due to insufficient analysis of the hoisting equipment, the container and the operation environment in the prior art. The technical effects that the control accuracy and the operation safety of the hoisting equipment for the port container are improved, and the adaptation degree of the hoisting equipment, the container and the operation environment is improved are achieved.

    本申请提供了基于虚拟现实的物流管控方法及系统,涉及智能控制技术领域,该方法包括:输出多阶段吊装控制参数;获取港口的实时作业环境监测数据;获取钢丝绳力学性能参数集合;对各个吊装设备进行起吊风险概率分析,获得目标吊装设备;基于所述实时作业环境监测数据对所述多阶段吊装控制参数进行反馈优化,得到多阶段优化控制参数;以所述多阶段优化控制参数进行港口的集装箱吊装管控,解决了现有技术中存在由于对于吊装设备与集装箱、作业环境的分析不足,进而导致对于吊装设备的作业管控效果不佳的技术问题,达到提升港口集装箱的吊装设备的控制准确性和作业安全性,提升吊装设备与集装箱、作业环境的适配度的技术效果。
