The forward energy storage mechanism and the reverse energy storage mechanism are used for achieving mutual conversion of gravitational potential energy and elastic potential energy, the power of a motor is reduced, energy consumption is reduced, a foundation pit and a compensation chain do not need to be arranged, and the elevator building cost and workload are reduced.
