The invention discloses a seesaw rotor wing waving limiting device, and belongs to the field of helicopter auxiliary equipment. Comprising a base, a limiting ring and a driving mechanism, the stop ring is used for being assembled on a rotor shaft and can slide up and down along the rotor shaft; the base is positioned below the retaining ring and is fixedly connected with the rotor shaft; a driving mechanism is connected between the base and the limiting ring; the driving mechanism can drive the limiting ring to slide up and down. Under the condition that the rotor is static, the limiting ring is in contact with the propeller hub system to play a limiting role, the propeller hub system of the teeterboard rotor is prevented from shaking around the center hinge, then the flapping angle of the rotor is limited, and the safety of a helicopter is ensured; after the rotor wing rotates, the whole flapping limiting device rotates along with the rotor wing, the balance weight generates outward centrifugal force to offset the elastic force of the spring, the balance weight moves outwards to drive the limiting block to move downwards along the rotor wing shaft, the limiting ring does not make contact with the propeller hub system, the propeller hub system recovers free movement, and the rotor wing has the maximum available flapping angle.
本发明公开了一种跷跷板旋翼挥舞限动装置,属于直升机辅助设备领域。包括基座、限动环和驱动机构;限动环用于装配在旋翼轴上,可沿旋翼轴上下滑动;基座位于限动环下方,与旋翼轴固连;基座与限动环之间连接驱动机构;驱动机构可驱动限动环上下滑动。在旋翼静止情况下,限动环与桨毂系统接触,起到限位作用,限制跷跷板旋翼的桨毂系统绕中心铰晃动,进而限制了旋翼的挥舞角度,确保直升机的安全;旋翼旋转后,整个挥舞限动装置跟着旋转,配重产生向外离心力抵消弹簧弹力,配重向外侧运动,带动限动块沿旋翼轴向下运动,限动环与桨毂系统不接触,桨毂系统恢复自由运动,旋翼具有最大可用挥舞角度。
