Under the condition that stormy waves are large, the floating ball floats upwards under the acting force of seawater upwelling, the first anti-wave baffle is arranged between the mounting part and the first cavity, the diameter of a through hole of the first anti-wave baffle is smaller than the ball diameter of the floating ball, and at the moment, the floating ball can float to abut against the first anti-wave baffle; and the floating ball and the first wave-resistant baffle can further form a barrier for preventing seawater from flowing backwards, so that the capability of preventing seawater from flowing backwards is enhanced.
