The invention relates to a drive unit of a vehicle that can be operated with muscle and/or motor forces, comprising: a motor having a motor axis, a crankshaft having a crank axis, a transmission mechanically coupling the motor and the crankshaft to each other; the motor and the transmission device are arranged in the housing, and the transmission device is provided with at least one first gear which can rotate around a motor axis and a second gear which can rotate around a crank axis. The housing has a first fastening region and a second fastening region, which are provided for fastening the drive unit to a frame interface of a vehicle that can be operated with muscle force and/or motor force, in a cross-section that passes through the drive unit and is orthogonal to the crank axis: a longitudinal axis that intersects the crank axis and the motor axis is defined, and defining a first line arranged orthogonally to the longitudinal axis and tangentially to the periphery of the motor, the first fastening region having a first center point located on the first line or arranged on a side of the first line facing away from the crank axis. The invention further relates to a driving assembly and a vehicle.
