According to the air dredging and resistance reducing technology, equipment such as a vacuum pump, a fan or a compressor is used for sucking air in front of a vehicle, then the air is exhausted backwards from the tail of the vehicle, as the front air is reduced in the running process of the vehicle, airflow flowing around the vehicle is weakened, and when the front air of the vehicle is completely sucked, the vehicle runs at a high speed; no airflow flowing around the vehicle exists, the vehicle equivalently passes through a vacuum tube and is not influenced by any airflow (including transverse wind), and the vehicle can run at the lowest energy consumption and the highest speed. The air dredging and resistance reducing technology can theoretically enable a vehicle to achieve the effect of high-speed driving in a virtual vacuum tube, but actually, according to different types of applied vehicles, through reasonable design, only partial air dredging and resistance reducing effects need to be achieved, and complete absolute vacuum is not achieved.

    疏气减阻技术利用真空泵、风机或压缩机等设备来吸入车辆前面的空气,然后从车辆尾部向后排出,由于车辆在行驶过程中正面空气的减少,使车辆绕流流动的气流减弱,当车辆正面空气被完全吸入时,车辆以高速行驶,车辆周围无绕流流动的气流,车辆相当于在一个真空管中穿行,完全不受任何气流(包括横向风)的影响,车辆可以以最低的能耗和最高的速度行驶。疏气减阻技术从理论上可以使车辆达到在一条虚拟真空管中高速行驶的效果,但实际上根据应用车辆类型的不同,通过合理设计,只须取得部分疏气减阻效果,并非完全绝对真空。
