The invention provides a railway vehicle roof structure which comprises a cap-shaped beam, a longitudinal beam, a top skin and a lateral bending skin, flanges on the two sides of the cap-shaped beam are in lap joint with the top skin and the lateral bending skin, and the lap joint positions are connected through arc welding interval welding and laser spot welding; the longitudinal beams are arranged between the adjacent cap-shaped beams, the lower sides of the longitudinal beams are in lap joint with the top skin or the lateral bending skin, and lap joint adopts arc welding interval welding and laser spot welding connection; the top skin and the lateral bending skin are in a lap joint mode, the outer side lap joint position is a long, straight and continuous long welding seam, a longitudinal beam is arranged in an inner side lap joint area, the longitudinal beam and the middle of the lap joint area are welded together through laser spot welding, and the lap joint edges of the longitudinal beam are welded at intervals through arc welding. A combined welding connection mode of arc welding and laser spot welding is adopted, so that the distribution range of connection points is more uniform, the total heat input amount is reduced, the welding residual stress is also controlled, and the car roof is smoother after being installed and welded.

    本发明提供一种轨道车辆车顶结构,包括帽型梁、纵梁、顶部蒙皮和侧弯蒙皮,帽型梁两侧翻边与顶部蒙皮、侧弯蒙皮搭接,搭接处采用弧焊间隔焊接和激光点焊连接;纵梁设置在相邻的帽型梁之间,纵梁下侧与顶部蒙皮或者侧弯蒙皮搭接,搭接采用弧焊间隔焊接和激光点焊连接;顶部蒙皮与侧弯蒙皮采用搭接方式,外侧搭接处为长直且连续的长焊缝,内侧搭接区域设有一道纵梁,激光点焊将纵梁和搭接区域中部一共三层结构焊接到一起,纵梁搭接边缘采用弧焊间隔焊接。采用弧焊和激光点焊的组合焊接连接方式,使连接点的分布范围更均匀,且总热输入量变小,焊接残余应力也得到控制,车顶组焊之后更加平整。
