The invention provides a man-vehicle anti-collision method, a man-vehicle anti-collision device, a processor and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a plurality of continuous positioning periods and a plurality of first distances, wherein the first distances are distances between a vehicle and a target person at corresponding time nodes in the corresponding positioning periods; according to a plurality of continuous positioning periods and the first distance, a second distance is determined, the second distance is the distance between the vehicle and the target person at a time node corresponding to a second target positioning period, and the second target positioning period is the next positioning period of the first target positioning period; determining whether the second distance is smaller than a first preset distance; and when the second distance is smaller than the first preset distance, generating first alarm information. The method solves the problem that in the prior art, the person-vehicle collision technical scheme does not consider that the relative speed of the vehicle and the person is high, and consequently the probability that the person is collided is high.
