The invention relates to the technical field of civil aviation systems, and discloses a civil aviation centralized control system which comprises a centralized console used for real-time flight monitoring and management and capable of displaying information such as the position, the state and the route of an airplane; a communication device communicating with an air traffic control department to ensure a safe flight trajectory of the aircraft; the airplane component state monitoring sensor is used for monitoring states of an engine, an airborne system and the like in real time; and the predictive maintenance system predicts maintenance requirements according to the aircraft state data. According to the centralized control system, an airline company can monitor the position, the state and the operation condition of the airplane in real time. The integrated communication equipment enables the communication between the aircraft and the ground traffic control department to be more efficient, and reduces the possibility of misunderstanding and conflicts. Besides, the real-time data feedback of the state monitoring sensor of each part of the aircraft can help to find potential mechanical problems as soon as possible, so that a maintenance team can take preventive measures before a fault occurs, and the overall safety of flight is improved.
