The invention discloses a vehicle starting point-terminal point number prediction method based on empirical mode decomposition and an attention mechanism, and the method comprises the steps: 1, obtaining the riding record information of a user of a shared bicycle, and the riding record information comprises a starting station, a terminal station, the riding starting time, and the riding ending time; 2, establishing an empirical mode decomposition and attention mechanism model; 3, constructing sample data, firstly expanding time sequence dimensions of all the sample data through an empirical mode decomposition function, and inputting the decomposed data into a deep learning model for training; and 4, realizing prediction by using the trained model so as to achieve the purpose of predicting the riding quantity of all shared bicycle station connecting edges. The method uses the empirical mode decomposition function to decompose the time sequence, expands the characteristics of the time sequence, uses the first-order difference method to identify z main connection edges, uses a simple model to greatly reduce the time and space complexity of the model, and improves the prediction precision of the number of station edges of the shared bicycle system.

    本发明公开了一种基于经验模态分解和注意力机制的车辆起点‑终点数量预测方法,包括:1获取共享单车的用户骑行记录信息,包括:起始站点、终止站点、骑行开始时间、骑行结束时间;2建立经验模态分解和注意力机制模型;3构建样本数据,首先对所有的样本数据通过经验模态分解函数扩展时间序列维度,将分解后的数据输入到深度学习模型中进行训练;4利用训练好的模型实现预测,以达到预测所有共享单车站点连接边的骑行数量的目的。本发明使用经验模态分解函数分解时间序列,扩展了时间序列的特征,并采用一阶差分方法识别z个主要连接边,使用简单模型大幅降低模型的时间和空间复杂度,并提升共享单车系统站点边数量的预测精度。
