The insulation detection circuit comprises a sampling module, a detection module, a first voltage division module, a second voltage division module, a third voltage division module and a fourth voltage division module. A first voltage-dividing module, a second voltage-dividing module, a third voltage-dividing module and a fourth voltage-dividing module are respectively arranged between the positive electrode of the battery end and the ground, between the negative electrode of the battery end and the ground, between the positive electrode of the load end and the negative electrode of the battery end, and between the negative electrode of the load end and the negative electrode of the battery end. The sampling module is connected with the first voltage dividing module, the second voltage dividing module, the third voltage dividing module and the fourth voltage dividing module, and is used for collecting voltage of a first sampling point position in different states; and the detection module is connected with the sampling module and is used for carrying out insulation detection on the battery end and/or the load end according to the voltage acquired by the sampling module. According to the scheme, when the load end is not connected with the battery end, insulation detection of the load end can still be achieved, and the accuracy of insulation detection is improved.
