The hoisting support frame is fixedly mounted at the bottoms of the bearing support column and the protection support column, an assembly carrying groove is formed in the inner side of the hoisting support frame, and a positioning sliding groove is formed in the top end of the assembly carrying groove in a penetrating mode; the two sides of the steel pipe are fixed and pulled through the pulling hook cable, the position of the whole lifting appliance can be pulled and adjusted through retraction and release of the pulling hook cable, the lifting appliance is rapidly arranged at the center of the steel pipe, and the steel pipe is prevented from deviating and slipping when the lifting appliance is matched with a crane for lifting; the problems that the lifting and fixing modes of most lifting appliances are tedious, and the lifting appliances are inconvenient to quickly position and fix the central point of a steel pipe are solved.

    本发明提供了一种起重机的吊具结构,涉及针对一定尺寸空心钢管进行起吊的技术领域,包括:起吊支座、驱动转轴、承载支板和起吊支框;所述起吊支座两侧固定安装有承载支柱;所述驱动转轴通过轴承转动安装于转动载槽内侧;所述承载支板固定安装于承载支柱侧面;所述起吊支框固定安装于承载支柱与保护支柱底部,起吊支框内侧开设有装配载槽,装配载槽顶端贯穿开设有定位滑槽;通过牵拉钩索对钢管两侧进行固定牵拉,通过牵拉钩索的收放能够对吊具整体进行位置的牵引调节,使吊具快速设置于钢管中心处的位置,在吊具配合起重机进行起吊时防止钢管偏移滑脱;解决多数吊具的起吊固定方式较为繁琐,且吊具不便于快速对钢管中心点进行定位固定的问题。
