The invention discloses an anti-pinch device which comprises a light source used for emitting light; an optical sensor for sensing reflected light according to the light; the processing circuit is used for judging whether the automobile enters the parking space or leaves the parking space according to the reflected light, and the parking space is fixed in the first state and is movable in the second state; wherein if the reflected light is increased in a short time and returns to the state in the parking space of the automobile, the processing circuit judges that the driver of the automobile has driven out of the parking space; if the reflected light remains unchanged all the time after the automobile is driven in, the processing circuit judges that the driver of the automobile is still in the automobile. According to the anti-pinch device, a simple optical mechanism is used, so that a user can be prevented from being injured by the movable part under the condition that the user does not contact the movable part.
