The invention discloses a large LNG ship cable channel piping fitting-out modular construction method which comprises the steps that a fitting-out platform is installed, and a platform foundation fitting-out module is constructed on the fitting-out platform in the preset direction; a system pipeline outfitting support and a cable combination guide frame are installed on the two sides of the platform foundation outfitting module respectively, and an outfitting channel is formed between the system pipeline outfitting module and the cable combination guide frame outfitting module; a system pipeline module is installed on the system pipeline fitting-out support; guiding the trend of a ship cable on the cable combination guide frame and supporting the ship cable module; and the installed system pipeline module and the system cable module are moved out of the fitting-out channel and placed on the bearing support. According to the scheme, a modular production and construction mode with outfitting of the channel as an installation reference and a piping unit as a core is designed, the method is suitable for construction of the cable channel of the large LNG transport ship, and the requirement for fast-paced construction of the ship is met.
本发明公开了一种大型LNG船舶电缆通道管系舾装模块化建造的方法,包括安装舾装平台,并在舾装平台上沿预设方向构建平台基础舾装模组;在所述平台基础舾装模组的两侧分别安装系统管路舾装支架和电缆组合导架,且在所述系统管路舾装模组与电缆组合导架舾装模组之间形成舾装通道;在所述系统管路舾装支架上安装系统管路模组;在所述电缆组合导架上引导船舶电缆的走向并支撑所述船舶电缆模组;将安装完成的系统管路模组和系统电缆模组移出舾装通道并搁置在承载支架上。设计出本方案以通道外舾为安装基准、管系单元为核心的模块化生产和建造模式,适用于大型LNG运输船舶电缆通道的建造,满足船舶快节奏建造的需求。
