The invention discloses a single-column tension leg floating platform and a floating wind power system. The single-column tension leg platform comprises a buoyancy column, a buoy, a plurality of extension arms and a plurality of anchor cable assemblies. The buoy is arranged at the bottom end of the buoyancy column, and the diameter of the buoy is larger than that of the buoyancy column; the plurality of extension arms are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the buoy at intervals in the circumferential direction; the anchor cable assembly is arranged at the end, away from the buoy, of the extension arm. According to the tension leg floating type platform, the large-diameter buoy is arranged at the lower end of the buoyancy column, the multiple extension arms are arranged on the side face of the buoy in the circumferential direction, and then the anchor cable assemblies are connected with the extension arms, so that heaving, rolling and pitching motion of the tension leg floating type platform is reduced, and the stability, hydrodynamic performance, structural strength and fatigue performance of the platform are improved.

    本发明公开了一种单柱张力腿浮式平台及浮式风电系统,所述单柱张力腿平台包括:浮力柱、浮筒、多个延伸臂以及多个锚索组件;浮筒设于所述浮力柱底端,且所述浮筒直径大于所述浮力柱直径;多个延伸臂周向间隔设于所述浮筒的外圆周面上;所述锚索组件设于所述延伸臂远离所述浮筒的一端;本申请中,通过在浮力柱下端设置大直径的浮筒,并在浮筒的侧面周向设置多个延伸臂,再将锚索组件与延伸臂相连接,从而降低张力腿浮式平台的垂荡、横摇和纵摇运动,提高所述平台的稳定性、水动力性能、结构强度及疲劳性能。
