The invention relates to the technical field of braking systems, in particular to a driver braking intention sensing system supporting failure operation and a control method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, comparing a second-path driver braking demand percentage calculated by a competition mechanism according to a pedal hydraulic pressure signal with a first-path driver braking demand percentage calculated by pedal travel driving software according to a pedal travel signal; s2, when the difference between the two paths is larger than a certain threshold value, pedal force driving software is used for calculating the brake demand percentage of a third path driver according to the pedal force signal for arbitration; and S3, averaging one of the first road and the second road closer to the third road together with the third road, and outputting and using as a final driver braking torque demand. Compared with the prior art, when an electronic and electrical system related to the brake pedal is subjected to single-point failure, the whole vehicle can continue to support failure operation under the condition that the function safety level is not degraded, the robustness of the brake system is improved, and the normal operation period of the brake system is prolonged.

    本发明涉及制动系统技术领域,具体地说是一种支持失效运行的驾驶员制动意图感知系统及控制方法。方法如下:S1,由竞争机制根据踏板液压力信号计算出第二路驾驶员制动需求百分比与踏板行程驱动软件根据踏板行程信号计算出第一路驾驶员制动需求百分比进行比较;S2,当两路之间的差距大于一定阈值之后,使用踏板力驱动软件根据踏板力信号计算出第三路驾驶员制动需求百分比来仲裁;S3,第一路、第二路中与第三路更接近者,与第三路一起取平均后作为最终的驾驶员制动扭矩需求来输出使用。同现有技术相比,当制动踏板相关的电子电气系统发生单点失效时,整车可在保持功能安全等级不降级的情况下继续支持失效运行,提高了制动系统鲁棒性和正常运行周期。
