The invention discloses a vehicle power-on method and device and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that the target distance between first equipment and a vehicle is obtained, and the first equipment is used for unlocking the vehicle; in response to the target distance smaller than the first preset distance, obtaining a door state of the vehicle and a user state in the vehicle; based on the vehicle door state and the user state, the vehicle is controlled to conduct high-voltage power-on, and the vehicle is controlled to conduct noise reduction treatment. According to the invention, the technical problem that the power-on sound generated when the vehicle is controlled to carry out high-voltage power-on greatly affects a user in the prior art is solved.
