The invention relates to a charging control system and method for a low-voltage lithium battery of an electric vehicle. Belongs to the technical field of low-voltage lithium battery management. The problem that an existing low-voltage lithium battery is on fire in the charging process or at the just end of charging is mainly solved. The system is mainly characterized in that the system comprises an LBMS, a VCU and a DCDC which communicate with one another through a bus; the LBMS is used for collecting the voltage, temperature and current of the low-voltage lithium battery to calculate the SOC, and then sending a charging request voltage value for linear adjustment to the DCDC through the SOC and the MAP table in combination with the low-voltage electrical load state of the VCU; the VCU is used for receiving the starting state of the low-voltage electrical appliance of the whole vehicle and the output power sent by the DCDC, judging whether the low-voltage electrical load state is high, medium or low at the moment, and sending the low-voltage electrical load state to the LBMS; the DCDC is used for outputting voltage and current and sending output power to the VCU. The method has the characteristics of safe and quick charging of the low-voltage lithium battery and reduction of energy consumption of the whole vehicle, and is mainly used for charging control of the low-voltage lithium battery.

    本发明的名称为一种电动汽车低压锂电池充电控制系统及方法。属于低压锂电池管理技术领域。它主要是解决现有低压锂电池在充电过程中或者充电刚结束阶段存在起火现象的问题。它的主要特征是:包括通过总线互相通信的LBMS、VCU和DCDC;LBMS用于采集低压锂电池的电压、温度和电流计算SOC,然后通过SOC和MAP表,再结合VCU的低压电气负荷状态,向DCDC发送线性调整的请求充电电压值;VCU用于接收整车低压用电器开启状态和DCDC发送的输出功率,判断此时低压电气负荷状态是高、中或低,发给LBMS;DCDC用于输出电压和电流,将输出功率发给VCU。本发明具有在低压锂电池安全、快速充电和降低整车能耗的特点,主要用于低压锂电池的充电控制。
