The invention discloses an active torsional vibration control method in a motor driving process, which is used for solving the problem that torsional vibration of a transmission system is difficult to quickly reduce due to sudden change of the motor torque in the motor driving process by forming a motor output torque through a reconstruction torque formed by superposition of non-in-phase torques and a feedback torque based on a two-degree-of-freedom torsional vibration model. The method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a two-degree-of-freedom torsional vibration model by taking a motor output shaft rotation angle and a wheel rotation angle as generalized coordinates; (2) splitting a motor torque into three sub-torques with different phase differences, and superposing the three sub-torques to obtain a motor reconstruction torque; (3) establishing a transfer function of the motor torque and the wheel rotating speed, and calculating a motor feedback torque through a difference value between the required wheel rotating speed and the ideal wheel rotating speed; and (4) calculating the output torque of the motor. According to the method, torsional vibration of a transmission system is weakened through superposition of non-in-phase torques, the driving smoothness of the whole vehicle is improved, and meanwhile, the response precision of the wheel rotating speed required by the driving working condition is improved through the feedback torques.

    本发明公开了一种电机驱动过程主动扭振控制方法,其通过非同相位转矩叠加的重构转矩与基于两自由度扭振模型的反馈转矩共同构成电机输出转矩,解决电机驱动过程中电机转矩突变导致传动系统扭振难以快速消减的问题。本方法包括以下步骤:(1)以电机输出轴转角和车轮转角为广义坐标建立两自由度扭振模型;(2)将电机转矩拆分为三个不同相位差的分转矩并叠加得到电机重构转矩(3)建立电机转矩与车轮转速的传递函数,通过需求车轮转速与理想车轮转速的差值计算电机反馈转矩;(4)计算电机输出转矩。本方法通过非同相位转矩叠加削弱传动系统扭振,提高整车的驾驶平顺性,同时通过反馈转矩提高对驾驶工况需求车轮转速的响应精度。
